Well, I think we all have been on quite a souljourn. The Pandemic, weather events, and trauma induced living is providing quite the environmental soup for our growth and journey back to soulful community.
This recording is a bit of a departure from my typical piano-led fare. I started with the sound of the rain and was so lead to want to pair it with the sound of a cello. Found a sound I liked on my keyboard, recorded it and immediately wanted more layers and depth. It blossomed into a powerful, moving, and soul cleansing single that is intended to go straight to the heart.
