I released the piano solo version of Solitude in December of 2021. I fell in love with the haunting and melancholy atmosphere of this track when I recorded it but also knew I wanted to add some other elements for an ambient version of this track. I added birdsong to add a bit of playful inspiration while the high string-like descant adds to the ethereal quality of this track. I think this version is simply magical.
