This track is my favorite from this album. I sat down at the piano while in a state of pure gratitude. I had just come in from the garden on a beautiful, day in March, I had the rare free day ahead of me that I could spend working in my garden all day if I wanted, and I had such a sense of knowing somehow we were all going to discover ourselves in a deeper way. In this state of Love/Bliss I sat down at the piano and recorded myself. After recording one track, I recorded a second track where I played softer and with more of a gentle, slower rhythmic pace. When I played both of these recordings together I loved the interplay between the two and the layers they created. Adding depth to Love. There is great beauty, but also dissonance, fleeting conflict that goes in and out of resolution. Ever changing, ever blooming, and uncontrollable.
