I've always loved nature sounds within music and thought it was high time to create a duet using piano and bird song. I love the interplay between the two in this single, and I feel like the melodic, brightness of the bird song enhances the depth and mystic feel of the piano. Awaken the Deep was created to inspire and activate the depth and soul of us all.
